1. Information we collect

Account details: your mobile number, used for one-time password sign-in.

Birth details you choose to save: name, date, time and place of birth for you or family members.

Consultation content: questions you ask Astruza AI and its replies.

Payment records: order amounts and status. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by Razorpay and never stored by us.

Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use your information

To sign you in, deliver consultations, generate horoscopes and Kundli reports, process payments, provide support, and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see your data

Your birth profiles are private to your account. Chat messages are visible only to you, plus authorised staff when needed for support or safety. We share data with service providers (hosting, SMS delivery, payments, AI processing) only as needed to run ASTRUZA, or when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and access controls restricting each record to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your saved profiles at any time from your account, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. You may withdraw consent, which may limit the services we can provide.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Children

ASTRUZA is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be shown on this page with a new date.
