Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every consultation to be worthwhile. This policy explains when payments can be refunded.
1. Unused chat packages
If you have purchased a chat package and not yet started a consultation, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Technical failures
If a consultation fails because of a technical problem on our side, or the astrologer does not respond, unused minutes will be refunded or credited back to your account.
3. Completed consultations
Minutes already used in a consultation are not refundable, because the astrologer's time has been provided. Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading alone is not grounds for a refund, though we review every complaint fairly.
4. Puja and reports
Puja bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Once a puja is performed or a report delivered, it cannot be refunded.
5. How to request
Email us with your registered mobile number and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
